How to assemble your Whitewater DIY Dock

Your DIY White Water dock systems arrives as shown below with all the necessary components to assemble the flotation component, this will consist of the two primary pipes custom made to your specifications that are Styrofoam filled, sealed and pressure tested prior to shipping.

You will find there are two rows of pre-welded attachment points on each primary pipe. The side on the HDPE Pipe with the least amount of like attachment points are for the supplied tubular cross stabilizers, these are bolted into place first, do not over tighten at this point as you will need to "square" the dock a little later. These can easily be seen in the picture belwo on the right.

The side of the HDPE Pipe with the most amount of similar attachment points are the connection points for the joists, most likely 2" x 8" in most situations. These can be seen in the drawing below on the left. The drawing on the right shows the application of the decking on the studs.

You are well underway in assembling your new dock!
